DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO COFFMAN'S REALTY

From Kenton and Boone Counties in Kentucky:

Take I-275 East to I-471 North to the first exit, Fort Thomas / Southgate exit.  Go right off the exit onto US 27 aka Alexandria Pike. You will see Moore's Lumber on the left and South Hill Professional Office Building on the right.  Continue south on US 27 through the traffic light at Blosson Lane to the next traffic light at Grandview Avenue aka State Route 445, this is across from the Highland Country Club.  Turn left at this light-Grandview Avenue.  At the top of the hill you will see a stop sign. Turn left onto South Fort Thomas Avenue aka State Route 1120.  Coffman's Realty is at the first traffic light.  This is the intersection of South Fort Thomas Avenue and River Road.  Our parking lot is on the South Fort Thomas Avenue side of our building.  There is also a city parking lot on the right if you continue through the traffic light past our building.

From Cincinnati, Ohio:

Take either I-75 or I-71 to the Daniel Carter Beard Bridge aka The Big Mac Bridge.  Come into Kentucky on I-471 South.  Take the fourth exit, Fort Thomas / Southgate exit.  At the light at the end of the exit you will see a Jeff Wyler auto dealership on the right.  Turn left at this light onto US 27 aka Alexandria Pike.  As you go through the next light you will see Moore's Lumber on the left and South Hill Professional Office Building on the right.  Continue south on US 27 through the traffic light at Blosson Lane to the next traffic light at Grandview Avenue aka State Route 445, this is across from the Highland Country Club.  Turn left at this light-Grandview Avunue.  At the top of the hill you will see a stop sign. Turn left onto South Fort Thomas Avenue aka State Route 1120.  Coffman's Realty is at the first traffic light.  This is the intersection of South Fort Thomas Avenue and River Road.  Our parking lot is on the South Fort Thomas Avenue side of our building.  There is also a city parking lot on the right if you continue through the traffic light past our building.
