I met John Coffman years ago, through a mutual friend. At the time I was and still am a single parent raising a child on my own, struggling at a little above average minimum wage job, and somehow he was able to get me into my own house, be it ever so modest. My son, at 6 years old, had roots, a place where he could engrave his name in the wood steps in our basement. As I became more successful in my career (paralegal) John helped me upgrade to a nicer home. He has always treated me with such dignity, and if I ever have another real estate need, there is no one else I would turn to but John Jr.
With the recent sale of our condo and the purchase of our new home, Coffman’s Realty was a valuable asset in this venture. Their ability to answer any question and provide insight into the real estate market for both buyers and sellers was extremely important to us when we chose a Realtor.
